补充资料：On 8 April 2026, Ample Up Limited ("Ample Up") and Chindex Medical Limited ("Chindex") had entered into share transfer agreements, respectively, with Fosun Pharma Industrial Pte. Ltd. ("FPI"). Ample Up and Chindex agreed to transfer each of their entire holding of 207,186,160 shares and 127,318,640 shares of Sisram Medical Ltd, respectively, to FPI.
